Help with your download

1. Enter your digital download code in the box on the home page
2. Copy the code’s numbers and letters exactly as printed on your purchase.
3. Press enter or click the arrow in the box to submit your code
4. Your code will be validated and if successful you will be taken to the downloads page.
5. If your code does not validate please return to the home page and carefully re-enter your code to again.
6. If your code still does not validate please contact the support email address below.

Downloading your digital audio files

1. Sign in to the downloads page using the details you first registered with.
2. On the downloads page click on one of the links provided to download the audio file of your choice, this is usually an MP3 or WAV.
3. If you are on a mobile Android device you can download the file directly if you have enough free space on your device.
4. If you are on a Apple device you will need to save the file to your computer and then use the iTunes App to sync with your device.
5. Your file is in a ZIP file and will need to be unzipped before playing.
